Do I like false breasts?

It's been ages since I've updated by blog, so I thought I better post something. The august subject I've chosen? False breasts and my opinions of them.

A friend recently had her breasts enlarged, or underwent 'breast augmentation' as she put it. It got me thinking, would I mind if any theoretical partner had breast surgery? A lot of men think it's OK. Big breasts are, after all, very popular with men. On the other hand, a lot of men are actually quite snobby about it. "Why change what nature gave you", "they don't feel like the real thing" etc.

Well, I was lucky enough to have a limited touch of my friends new breasts, and it felt pretty nice to me. That said, it's been ages since I've been able to touch any breasts, so it was bound to be. She seemed pretty pleased with them, and she had her breast augmentation surgery in London with a surgeon someone recommended.

The conclusion to this high level intellectual piece about breast enlargement? Well, I can't offer many insights I'm afraid. I guess it's OK if all parties involved are happy. Me, I'd just be happy to feel most breasts, enhanced or not!

Promise not to leave it as long next time to post a blog.

Me? A private detective in Sheffield?

I went for a job interview last week in Sheffield. It was for a private detective agency. Now, I'm not sure I even wanted the job. I'm quite happy where I am, and I'm not sure I'd want to move th Sheffield, although you can commute from Manchester to Sheffield fairly easily.

Anyway, a friend (it was you Sheffield Greg!) in Sheffield sent me a link to this Sheffield Private Detective Agency who had a vacancy for a new detecive, and being a good researcher, he thought it might be something I'd be interested in. I do like the idea of being a private detective - I do like strange things, so I thought I'd apply for a laugh. I think Greg just wanted me to move to Sheffield as he'd be able to see more of me then.

Anyway, I dusted off me pretty impressive CV, and sent it over the the detectives, and low and behold, I got an interview.  So, last week I got the train over to Sheffield and had an interview to become a private detective!

It wasn't quite what I was expecting, much less like a private detective agency on TV and more like an IT company of something. Pretty professional and very computer based. That's where it went wrong for me really. I think they really liked my research skills, but when it came to the computer skills, they were really demanding, and it turned out they didn't think I was skilled enough with computers to be a private detective. Anyway, I had a nice trip to Sheffield, and got to see my old mate Greg, but looks like I'm not cut out to be a Private detective, at least not one in Sheffield.

Hello Jonny

This is my first attempt at a Blog. I'm fully aware that 98% of blogger give up after their first week, but I intend to see this thing through. My name is Jonny Bentham, and I'm from Manchester in the UK. I intend to use this blog to talk about the things I like, like Manchester, writing, films, music and the bizarre.

I'm writing this blog post partly to see how this whole thing works, and partly to kick off and get thagt first awkward post out of the way.
